Life with little kids is like Cheerios in your shoes. It's the normal everyday things with a weird little twist to them. Apart Cheerios and shoes are mundane and fine, together they are just strange and annoying.

I'm not quite awake yet. Having "Greg Gone" induced insomnia coupled with the girls waking me up in the middle of the night. Em lost her blanket and Ally thought there were monsters under the bed. So they turned on the light to look for both and therefore woke up Kelly. I found the blanket under the bed but no monsters. It took me half an hour to calm Kelly down. *yawn* Can someone just hook me up to an IV of Mountain Dew?

I need to go play Cinderella minus the shoe and prince. Laundry, scrubbing the floors, taking out the trash, making lunch, avoiding evil step-sisters. Oh scratch the last one, don't have any of those. I think I'm getting the raw end of the deal here, at least a pretty new pair of shoes would be nice. The prince is in Minneapolis. Or Milwaukee? He's somewhere with clean sheets every night, food served at the proper temperature and no poopy diapers. *yawn*
