Credit Report companies suck. What's the point of a "contact us" or "dispute" phone number on a website if all you get is a recorded message saying "please visit our website for more information" with no possible way to reach a live human being? If the information I wanted was on the website, I wouldn't be calling the number. *sigh*
My sister and brother are on their way home as I type. They had to spend 2 extra nights here while the brakes were replaced on the truck. Thanks for the help and I enjoyed your stay! :)
