To my neighbors and everyone who drove by my house last night, sorry about the PJ's and flashlight at 9pm. I found out today was "Bring a Bug to School" Day (what happened to "Bring a Grandparent to School" Day?) as I was tucking Zach into bed after he had already stayed up late mixing various household products with water, science homework. The bazillion spiders that have been spooking the children (especially in the bathroom, why can't they all hide in the laundry room where they would only bother me?) had mysteriously all disappeared. A fly wouldn't do although the ones in the house are so slow and stupid I can catch them in mid flight. A cricket was deemed worthy of the honor of "Bring a Bug to School" and since Zach was all freshly scrubbed for Picture Day, also today (sheesh, talk about over scheduling the kids), I wasn't about to let him outside.
