Oh, I didn't mean to leave you all hanging on why we are moving to Maryland earlier than planned. I had always wanted the kids to start school there in August instead of doing another semester here but we weren't sure we could find a house and work out all the finances in time. Luck was on our side and we found a nice 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a fully finished walk out basement in an excellent school district. And when an opportunity opens up like that, you just jump and figure out the details later.
