The kids are registered for school! And the school had kits available with all the necessary supplies (maybe a bit pricey but at this point very much worth the cost). We met the principal (very nice) and one of the 1st grade teachers (again very nice). The new school is going to call our old school for all the kids' records and we have an open house next Friday (school starts the 29th). I am so thrilled with this school already, I can't wait for the new year to begin!
Next on the list: finding a new pediatrician & dentist and a visit to the DMV for my Maryland drivers license so we can get library cards here. (Don't you love my priorities? hehe)
