So let's try this "positive" thing again. Even though I've had one fight at the bus stop (only my kids), Kelly refusing to go to ice skating lessons today, and Pinewood Derby car spray paint on the new (expensive) digital scale (thank god for fingernail polish remover).
On the other hand, the dryer is working again. It seems to be it wasn't venting properly (the hose was scrunched up funny) and that caused the heat to stop as to not overheat the dryer. So it's all better now although whoever invented dryer hoses and the crappy methods to keep them attached deserves to be shot.
The diet/exercise thing is actually going very well (*knock on wood*) but that will get a post of its own later.
Positive, positive. Today is my brother's birthday! Happy Birthday Tommy! (Although I don't think he reads so I'm actually going to call later.) I'm planning my youngest sister's bridal shower (May) and bachelorette party (July), I love planning this kind of thing so I'm excited about that. I have knitting projects and scrapbook pictures along with my new Stampin Up! stamps. And the week isn't too busy until this weekend. So I need to relax, take it one thing at a time, and uh, not stress over what I can't change.
I wonder if the local florist has daffodils in stock yet...
