I have found more hours in the day! I can't believe I hadn't figured this out before. It's so simple, you can do it too. What's your regular bedtime? Mine's 11:30pm. When bedtime rolls around, simply do not go to bed. Genius!
Okay I really didn't mean to stay up until 5:30 this morning. You read that right, 5 freaking 30 this morning, today, Wednesday, April 26th. I actually went to bed at 9:30 last night. But Greg called around 10pm (he's in New Jersey *waves*) and then I couldn't get back to sleep. I had rented a few movies earlier (Must Love Dogs and Memoirs of a Geisha) and I needed to recover the kids' toy room chairs. So I figured I'd watch a movie and recover a few chairs until I felt sleepy again.
Well I ended up putting in the second movie after the first since I was in the middle of chair recovering when the first ended. Emily wandered down at 1am and complained about the stapling noise. Since I was in the middle of Memoirs, I decided to just pull the staples out of the remaining chairs to finish in the morning. And then it was like 4am and I realized I hadn't folded the laundry. Or moved the towels into the dryer. And I needed to run the dishwasher. And then all of a sudden it was 5 freaking 30 in the morning.
As awesome as it was to have an extra 7 hours, I'm thinking this may not be the best way to find more hours in the day. Cause I'm just a wee bit tired now. Just a wee bit... Really. I'm fine... *yawns*
