Happy Tuesday!

Yesterday went surprisingly well. The weather was warm and we invited two kids over to play. Zach's current friend is so sweet and polite that I want to adopt him. In fact I kinda forgot he was here until dinner time when his mom knocked on our door.

Although... The kids played so hard yesterday that we are paying for it this morning. Ally's whiny and "resting" (her word) in her room while the other kids are fighting over any sitting activity (namely the computer and TV). I have a couple of errands to run (post office, dry cleaners) so I'm thinking today is not the day for a trip to the park. Maybe the library.

I do have one little complaint before I finish up here. Spring Break to me is all about a break from normal activities. So why do we have one soccer and two baseball practices scheduled this week? And also a birthday party that the twins are invited to. I can't really skip the practices because one of the coaches asked what we were doing for Spring Break in a chatty kind of way. I said nothing, we're staying home. To which he replied, great you'll be able to come to practice! Oops...
