I had my tonsils and adenoids out when I was in 6th grade. Before then I had chronic ear infections and drank so much of the pink stuff (amoxicillin), I'm lucky I wasn't a walking breeding ground for antibiotic resistant super bugs. It's amazing how easy it is to make bacteria resistant to certain antibiotics, I did it in college biology lab. And considering my awful track record with lab experiments actually turning out like they were suppose to, let's just say it's really easy to make antibiotic resistant bacteria.
