Lately I haven't been able to sleep between the hours of 4:30 and about 6am. Something silly will wake me up (Kelly needing her "bed flatted", going to the bathroom, allergy sneezing) and then I can't fall back asleep until it's almost time to get up again. I'm sure this is common with a lot of people but I've always been one to sleep really easily and really well. So not being able to sleep like I used to is rather annoying.

Is it better to stay in bed and try to fall back asleep? Or get up and do something productive? Today I'm going with the productive, I'm ordering grocery delivery and ironing fabric.

Too bad Kyle and Kelly won't take naps any more.
