Why yes, I had a great weekend, how was yours?
I'd love to write more but the whole "back on land" vertigo thing is killing me at the moment. Seriously I'm leaning to the right as I type and the computer monitor is floating a bit... The movement while on the boat didn't bother me one bit but the lack of movement now is bizarrely making me ill.
I have tons of pictures I will upload with captions tomorrow. (Or Thursday. Why is my desk rocking?) A few highlights: being boarded by the Maryland Chesapeake Bay police, anchoring overnight outside the Navy Academy in Annapolis, being buzzed by helicopter, accidentally going a ground (in other words, getting the bottom of the boat stuck in moving sand bar due to the tide going out), a thunderstorm, and one puker (out of the 10 kids on board, it had to be one of mine).
Yo ho, a pirate's life for me... (Do you think some rum will keep the room from spinning?)
