Ow, I'm sore.
I ran my 5K race on Sunday. I'll put up a longer post about it later. And then I have no idea what I was doing at camp yesterday that made my arms and back ache. Maybe that's leftover from the race too. Today's campfire day at Girl Scout camp which means lots of squatting around the fire and lifting heavy cast iron dutch ovens. Joy... As long at the thunderstorms stay away, we should be alright.
