The second week of Girl Scout camp begins today.
I know it's going to be easier than the first week because now I know what the heck is going on but then again today's high is somewhere between 94 and 99 degrees F (34 and 37 degrees C). I'm not really complaining because I always say I'd rather have the heat than the cold. The problem is that the heat makes other people miserable and that can ruin my mood. Although standing over a campfire to make lunch in this weather isn't exactly what I'd call fun either.
And I'm not really looking forward to all the Girl Scout songs and chants turning my brain into mush again.
"I said a Boom Chicka Boom!"
