I'm feeling a little bit icky today. It's one of those "my throat is a little bit sore and my head hurts a little bit and my nose is stuffed up a little bit. If I were a kid, I'd totally play this up to get a day off school. But since everything is just a little bit off, I still need to do all my regular crap (today: pay bills, take out the trash, go grocery shopping, go to the bank & post office, send emails, sew).
I guess I should take a little bit of medicine and see if that helps with the symptoms. I don't usually hate Mondays (the kids are back in school!) but for today I'll make an exception.
