Oy... I don't think I've stopped moving (as in "motion") for 4 days straight now. Wait, is it Tuesday or Wednesday? Make that 5 days. Whatever, it's been a bit busy here.

The kids and I arrived at the new house late Friday night (first thought: OMG, it's huge! lol). The movers arrived Saturday morning. And it was a mess of confusion because Greg had the garage floor epoxied that morning which meant we couldn't put anything on it for 2 days. (I grumbled a lot about this...) All the garage stuff ended up in the dining room, my craft room/office, and foyer. Then we had lots of family and friends over Saturday through Tuesday.

Today I drove to my childhood hometown (two hours one way) so the kids could go to a day long Vacation Bible School at my old church (my mom was helping out and registered them). Oh and ate lunch with my sister and brother-in-law and saw their new apartment. Which reminds me I still haven't seen my other sister and her husband's new apartment either. There are not enough hours in the freaking day...

So basically any boxes that did not get unpacked on Saturday as we were trying to find the basics have still not been unpacked. Although we did put some stuff in the garage on Tuesday. I hope to work on this more over the weekend but my sister-in-law bought a house (yay!) and we're going to Ohio on Sunday to see her and my in-laws. There doesn't seem to be enough days in the week now either...

I'm really thrilled to be here (really!), just very tired and overwhelmed at how much I need to do, buy, paint, unpack, find, put away, and... Where's sleep fit into this all again? So updating here may still be a bit spotty for another week or two (or until school starts, ha) until I get everyone back into the swing of things.
