So tired...
Greg kept me awake way too late last night (get your mind out of the gutter) talking about house stuff. I'm only so much help seeing as I've never been in it... For those who have, is there a linen closet for the kids' bathroom upstairs? Greg can't remember.
And after he finally shut up and quit turning on the lights to jot down one more note at... (I don't know, I refused to look at the clock at this point but Greg mumbled "two") Emily and Ally woke me up in a panic at 4am. I seriously thought the house was burning down by the way they were screaming. The actual problem? A bee in the basement. Only in the morning Em corrected herself and said it was a beetle in the basement. While I didn't get up at 4am to kill it as Emily hysterically demanded (and woke me up again twice about half an hour apart to ask if I had), I did look this morning and I didn't see any bugs at all (usually there's a least a spider down there). The reason Emily was up at 4am (I'm not sure how Ally got drug along in this) was to see what was on TV. Grrrr... Kyle may be a handful but Emily is going to be the one who sends me to the insane asylum.
Tired and grumpy. What a great mood to have while doing crap like scrubbing scuff marks off the wall and changing out mini-blinds.
